CHOP
STORY
The design of the food establishment was greatly influenced by the visibility of the preparation stages of the products, and the ability to serve the user's custom-made recipes, through the chopping method. Additionally, the goal was to transform the taste experience of the establishment into a workshop-style environment, equipped with visual and educational panels.
The first location was a 30 square meter area rented at Bulvar 216 Shopping Mall, a limited space where every square centimeter had to be utilized.
The storage, cooling, cooking and service units were planned as a 15 square meter enclosed area opening to the mall's service corridor, according to the user's needs. The walls of this service area formed the back wall of the counter area, which had to interact with the mall's general circulation area. The menu and informational panels were placed on this edge.
