The structure has been elevated on 80 cm high pillars in order to minimize its environmental impact and reduce its contact with the ground. The existing vegetation cover around the building has been preserved and carbon capturing vines have been added. Permaculture areas have been created to allow for the growth of new plants and meet the needs of the employees. These areas have been established with elevated planters and covered with protective material during the winter to ensure they are protected from cold weather conditions. The roof of the building has a rainwater harvesting system that will provide the necessary water for the waste system, permaculture farming, and carbon capturing vines.
