The form of the building is determined by the site. In terms of the perception of the structure, it appears as a suspended triangular prism detached from the ground.

Although the possibilities for site use are limited, the building features a spacious outdoor area along its road facade that is designed for open pool and outdoor activities. By opening the windows along this facade, the transparent separation between the interior and exterior spaces disappears, creating a seamless connection between the two.
